mobile syncing apps

I am running Vista Beta 64 bit, Office 2007 Beta. I can sync my outlook and look at the files on my Cingular 8125 running WM 5. However when I try to change the partnership settings to allow pass thru for Avantgo the option box is greyed out. The program says it cannot connect to the server. Any help would be appricated.

Many people can't even sync as they get a "Outlook not configured" error on Mobile Center.
