I've never had a problem syncing any Palm I've run across, either via USB or serial port. The workstation is setup with authenticated users in the admin group due to LOB apps running in the network that require this. I took one of our Admin accounts and configured the mobile properties for testing. I was able to succesfully sync this device to the admin exchange box with no errors.
